iPhone Nano to Arrive at Walmart for $99 in January???

XSKN posted some renders of a new case for what looks too be the much rumored iPhone Nano. Rumor's have been swirling about Apple selling $99 iPhone's at Walmart in January and this may be what verify's the rumors that have been swirling about a $99 iPhone.

IdealsChina is pretty sure it’s a real made-for Apple iPhone Nano case, though of course a case alone doesn’t guarantee that Apple is manufacturing a smaller iPhone. According to IdealsChina “It is the same height as the just release Nano but wider and thicker and with the same iPhone 3G contours. It has 3 sensors, camera, mirror screen but no 3G. Production will start on the 20th with 60,000 to 80,000/day pieces coming off the assembly line. Steve Jobs will be announcing it during the January MacWorld Show and you will find it in the stores shortly afterwards.”

Technologically, YouTube doesn't have anything that Google couldn't whip up in a few hours. YouTube does, however, have the social networking savvy that Google has proven itself to be not especially good at. Arrington puts the odds for this rumor at "40% likely to be at least partially true," but my gut says lower--30% or so.
